By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site presents Lissio's mobile app design and development services, including our free MVP preview offer, and allows visitors to request a call or a preview. It does not constitute a binding offer until a separate written agreement is signed between Lissio and the client.
The free preview described on the Site is offered at Lissio's discretion, subject to a preliminary call and project fit assessment. It creates no payment obligation for the prospective client. Continuing beyond the preview into full development requires a separate signed proposal or contract detailing scope, price and timeline.
All content on the Site (text, visuals, mockups, logos) is the property of Lissio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Case studies, statistics and testimonials featured on the Site illustrate representative past engagements and client feedback; results vary by project and are not guaranteed.
The Site is provided "as is". Lissio makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.
The Site may link to third-party websites. Lissio is not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
